Madeline is great! I have two vehicles so I’ve had the pleasure of working with her numerous times as my service advisor. I bought two vehicles from this dealership, a 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE and a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. I bought service maintenance packages for both cars. Scheduling has been easy and the people in the service department have done an excellent job to make sure the service department completes a proper inspection of all components of said vehicles. Free tire rotation, free oil changes, inspection of brake pads, topping of fluids, tire air pressure checks all checked out on the status reports . Madeline is always polite and cordial and understanding of us senior citizens. She makes sure to reset the maintenance warning system on my vehicles, maintenance sticker is properly placed on door frame. Thank you More
