Madeline is great! I have two vehicles so I’ve had the pleasure of working with her numerous times as my service advisor. Liked working with steffan. 3 stars because the Ford technician didnt run any diag after changing my cat and had to go back to the dealer a second time. And then told me the exh 3 stars because the Ford technician didnt run any diag after changing my cat and had to go back to the dealer a second time. And then told me the exhaust leak I found after the cat replacement was a non issue. It is an isssue actually. He just didn't want to deal with it. Have to go to a different dealer a third time now. I bought two vehicles from this dealership, a 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE and a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. I bought service maintenance packages for both cars. Scheduling has been easy and the people in the service department have done an excellent job to make sure the service department completes a proper inspection of all components of said vehicles. Free tire rotation, free oil changes, inspection of brake pads, topping of fluids, tire air pressure checks all checked out on the status reports . Madeline is always polite and cordial and understanding of us senior citizens. She makes sure to reset the maintenance warning system on my vehicles, maintenance sticker is properly placed on door frame. Thank you More
