I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Apparently, the key got stuck in the drop box. No one looked for it even though it should have been there. No one called to inform me I had ”missed m Apparently, the key got stuck in the drop box. No one looked for it even though it should have been there. No one called to inform me I had ”missed my appointment”. I happened to notice an automated email later in the day asking me to reschedule my appointment. The service department had horrible communication. This all happened on a Friday. By the time I called them and they found the key in the drop box they no longer had time to work on the truck. I was unable to get my truck back until the following Tuesday. The only reason I give them 2 stars and not 1 is they did fix the vehicle. Very disappointing. More
