Corwin Ford Spokane - Service Center

I needed a new battery, and had a very challenging day trying to solve this problem. I decided to just drive to Ford to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installled within a reasona trying to solve this problem. I decided to just drive to Ford to see if I could make an appointment to have a new battery installled within a reasonable amount of time. The gal was so freaking nice about the whole thing, and asked if I had time to do it then…it was like 5:15 pm!! I was so happy and so relieved to have this done so I wouldn’t have to worry about it the rest of the week. Kiley was so nice and kind when I’d had a pretty rough day, I could never thank her enough for making my bad day so much better! She deserves a huge raise for her customer service and kindness!! Kiley is a 5 she was dealt a bad situation with my truck. Kiley is an asset to Corwin Ford! The tech screwed up didn't put the oil cap back on my truck which made the truck act like it had a blown motor/ head gasket. At the end of the two days the truck runs like it should. Ken the night manager was terrific as well even the shuttle driver all good caring personable people! More
