When calling to set up service of my vehicle, I specifically requested a price quote for a key fob and programming of the unit on the phone. I discussed the situation with the service representative Kolton he made a military allowance for me to give me a reduction, but the price still was over $500 , I was deeply unsatisfied at having been quoted an initial price and then to have a significant price increase when the service was actually completed unfortunately for me I did not get a written estimate prior to having this work done, but this appears to be a bait and switch tactic More
