Good customer service. Madeline and team were respectful and professional. I had to have additional air put in tires as they are not factory Ford tires, and there was no Madeline and team were respectful and professional. No one ever answered the phone in the service department, after repeated voicemails left over a two week period I had to drive down and make an appointment in person. Had my truck in twice to fix my AC to th after repeated voicemails left over a two week period I had to drive down and make an appointment in person. Had my truck in twice to fix my AC to the tune of over $3k, first time I had to wait two months to even bring it in for service and after $1200 that didn’t solve the problem. The staff were nice enough when I finally got in to talk to someone, Jeff did his best and was sympathetic to my situation. More

Downside is that if you use any outside financing the process will take up to a week to acquire a vehicle as their bank does not process the funds q Downside is that if you use any outside financing the process will take up to a week to acquire a vehicle as their bank does not process the funds quickly. Expect to run into a situation where you have an active loan on a vehicle that you cannot drive off the lot until their bank has processed the funding. Expect about 5 business days. More
