I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Apparently, the key got stuck in the drop box. No one looked for it even though it should have been there. No one called to inform me I had ”missed my appointment”. I happened to notice an automated email later in the day asking me to reschedule my appointment. The service department had horrible communication. This all happened on a Friday. By the time I called them and they found the key in the drop box they no longer had time to work on the truck. I was unable to get my truck back until the following Tuesday. The only reason I give them 2 stars and not 1 is they did fix the vehicle. Very disappointing. More
Both my rear wheel wells were leaking water/mud. I bought this van brand new last fall. Once I got it in, it took over a week to get it repaired. They said it was because it had to go to an auto I bought this van brand new last fall. Once I got it in, it took over a week to get it repaired. They said it was because it had to go to an auto body shop to be fixed only to the highest Ford standards. When I got it back I found they only sprayed one of the wheel wells with some type of Rhino lining in a small area underneath. They did nothing to fix the other side. I’ve called Corwin three times now, left messages, and am still waiting for a call back to get it back in to complete the work. More

The entrance into the Big door entering the service center should be revamped there was cars coming in from sprague ave ,Apple way going North cars honking people couldn’t get through delivery trucks e center should be revamped there was cars coming in from sprague ave ,Apple way going North cars honking people couldn’t get through delivery trucks etc. my wife had to have a sensor installed in the gas tank and 60,000 mile check up and Maintenance to the tune of 1,700 dollars I got the truck home my wife gave me the bill and thought the didn’t pull a spark plug or an injector to see if the needed to be changed! I don’t know when Ford wants them changed! But the sensor that had to be replaced on the gas tank with 57,000 miles, what’s that tell you about there products! More

After a bad experience at another Ford dealership here in town, I decided to try Corwin Ford. The salesman I encountered told me that at “Corwin Ford we take care of our clients.” I ordered a custom Ford tr town, I decided to try Corwin Ford. The salesman I encountered told me that at “Corwin Ford we take care of our clients.” I ordered a custom Ford transit with quite a few options on it, but unknown to me, Corwin ordered 2 transits under my name. The second transit was a stock fan without any extra options. When both transits arrived, Corwin handed me the keys of the stock transit, they said they sold the custom one. I have no idea why they did not call me and ask which one was the one that I ordered but needless to say the transit I ordered was sold. Due to both dealership errors, (I had waited for two years for a transit), I was desperate for another company vehicle, so I excepted the one that they offered. The transit that I had ordered has now sat on their lot for about three months, I asked if I could buy it, but was told I could not, it was sold. You texted me, asking me to give you a review of the service I received there. Please call me and let me know what rating you think you deserve after my experience there. More
