Had an appointment for 9:30 am. Got there before 9:30. They asked if I needed a ride home. I said I did. They said they would call my cell when my vehicle was ready. By 3:00 pm Got there before 9:30. I couldn’t get a live person on the phone. At about 4:00 pm, I went back to the dealership. My vehicle was sitting outside. When I asked if it was ready, I was informed that they hadn’t started on it yet. So I sat in the waiting room for another hour, waiting till it was done. All I asked for was an oil change and tire rotation. The service tech didn’t charge me. I bought 3 different new vehicles from this dealership before it became Corwin. I’ll never go there w! More
