Yesterday, I had a service recall and an oil change performed by the mobile van from Corwin Ford. It was excellent! Sean and Sterling were on time at 1 pm, very polite and were highly efficient. This is such a great way to get your car serviced - at your home! No problem with shuttles or wait times. I HIGHLY recommend this service and these technicians! More

They sold me a new car with a navigation system that doesn't work. Two weeks later, I'm waiting for an appointment to leave my car with them even though they already have the part. They have been unhe doesn't work. Two weeks later, I'm waiting for an appointment to leave my car with them even though they already have the part. They have been unhelpful, taken up hours of my time to get something right that should have been right as sold. Apparently 56,000.00 doesn't get you a complete vehicle at Corwin Ford. What it gets you is multiple trips to the dealer, lots of time on the phone and lots of work time lost. Never have I had an auto experience as bad as this. More

A few months ago Elijah texted me if he can get me fully approved will I consider no that's not what I wanted. They sell cars been in wrecks and not fixed. Not a good place to go to. If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go to. They want to run your credit multiple times and you still don't get nothing. More

I want to give a shout out to Joe in the sales Consultant department for helping me sell my 2019 Dodge Charger I was financing. Joe gave me back equity after the payoff on the loan. I see the car for sale on department for helping me sell my 2019 Dodge Charger I was financing. Joe gave me back equity after the payoff on the loan. I see the car for sale on the lot with little but of a mark up due to the nature of equity in the vehicle it's a investment for them and a payoff on my loan. Joe made the transaction comfortable and painless and he help me get back as much equity back as possible. Joe understood my financial situation and he didn't try to low ball me or make me feel obligated or pressure me into selling the vehicle. Joe did me a favor by helping me save $551 dollars a month. I hope the next owner enjoys the vehicle as much as I did, I will miss V6_Rebel that what I called her because she is sassy and sexy. If you need to sell your vehicle or trade go see Joe at Corwin Ford. I had a great experience and I'll be back soon to buy a new F150, or something I won't get anymore speeding tickets in.
