Wow- where to start- We are Seniors- and our car was in need of being upgraded so we went to Corwin Ford - in response to an ad that showed a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT - with a dealer's incentive - which redu need of being upgraded so we went to Corwin Ford - in response to an ad that showed a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT - with a dealer's incentive - which reduced the car by $2,405.00-When we got their and asked to see the new car they said it was not their- a customer had it out as a replacement while their car was being replaced- they said it was at least 500 miles away-then they said they could end up buying the car - but not sure- took us over to show us other cars much higher- after about 1 hour of games- and me telling them I wanted to see that car or nothing - it showed up - I looked at it and said I wanted it-then the sales person started doing the money game- We had almost all cash- and had approval from our Credit Union to cover the balance- they said we can do better- (I was exhausted by then) Ford Credit had a $2500 dollar incentive to be taken off the reduced balance of the car- I waited and then was presented a no interest loan from Ford- I asked if it was Ford Credit financing the low balance of the car- and the sales person said no- Ford Credit was not financing it- to just agree- it was a no interest loan and it was a deal- I though ok fine- since I was told Ford Credit was not financing it and I would not get the $2500 dollar incentive offered by Ford. The paperwork the finance guy had showed no name of the Company financing the very small loan so I assumed they were telling the truth- But they lied- I called the Finance person 2 days later and asked who was financing it- and he said Ford Credit- they basically danced us around - lied and made us feel we were getting a good deal- but in all reality we weren't - If I would have known then I would have opt the 1.9% small loan and gotten $2500 knocked off the price- and also the Dealer's Incentive of $2405.00- after the deductions the car would have cost $32,444.00--They danced us around and took advantage of two seniors- one a Vietnam Disabled Vet. Also, the finance guy was in such a hurry, he failed to note my husband did not sign the very large check we gave them-I noticed this went checking my deductions in my checking account- Also, we were told we be able to process the registration all on line- which was not true- I actually we had to do all the DMV Registration ourselves- This was odd because I have bought 2 new vehicles and I have never had to do this. Normally when you buy a new car- they take care of all this. Point being - the DMV is booked 2 months out- and the Dealer DMV sticker expired in 30 days. Wow- SENIOR BUYERS BEWARE- THIS DEALSHIP SURE RAN US AROUND IN A CIRCLE AND WERE NOT HONEST WITH US. More

Being a Z Plan customer, all of my questions and inquiries were answered quickly. When we asked about the Ranger in the showroom, James quickly offered a test drive, moving things around to get it out. After the purchase, James was very helpful ensuring we understood the systems before finally pulling off. We had ordered running boards and a bed liner and an appointment was scheduled the day day, with excellent work being performed at a third party within a week with no hassles.Overall, a great buying experience.
