The last time I went to a dealership was over 20 years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. After the sale, we discovered a problem with the paperwork and Dylan stayed on top of it to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied along with other's from the dealership. My Bronco Sport was a complete Christmas surprise from my family. The “caper” was completed long distance with several parties involved, and Brian Karsok was the sales consultant who helped make it all work family. The dealership was very easy to work with and had a great selection of Ford Bronco Sports- which I had been looking for, for quite a while. He had all the particulars in place and made it very easy to drive from OR to NV and back home again in my new Bronco!
