We discussed coming in for a test drive the following Monday. When we arrived, James was on lunch, but everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful until he returned. Being a Z Plan customer, all of my questions and inquiries were answered quickly. When we asked about the Ranger in the showroom, James quickly offered a test drive, moving things around to get it out. After the purchase, James was very helpful ensuring we understood the systems before finally pulling off. We had ordered running boards and a bed liner and an appointment was scheduled the day day, with excellent work being performed at a third party within a week with no hassles.Overall, a great buying experience. Absolutely loved my first Escape. Great sales and no issues. Second Escape - new - service department broke a spark plug and left it in the engine. Denied. Had a video taken of the piece. Denied. Never fixed. Ended up trading for a Subaru. Third Escape - hybrid. Great car. Salesman, Mike Oade, was amazing. Unfortunately they didn’t actually do the items on the Certified Preownes Checklist (oil wasn’t changed, wiper blades were terrible and the air filters were FILTHY! They claimed that I WAITED too long. 2 months was too long!!?? Complained, less than 5 stars for service - turns out they penalize the SALESMAN when they receive less than 5 stars. Wow! How does sales solve subpar service issues. Ended up, for the sake of the salesman, giving 5 stars. Kept the car 6 months and traded it for an X3. NEVER AGAIN! Buyer beware. More
