Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a truck from them in May and did not get my registration until the end of September. I called them multiple times throughout the process in an attempt to spe from them in May and did not get my registration until the end of September. I called them multiple times throughout the process in an attempt to speed up the process or get an understanding of why it was taking so long, and every time I was met with "so and so isn't here right now, but when she gets back I'll have her give you a call." Every time, I never received a call back from the specified person and would end up starting the whole process over. Finally I was able to get in contact with someone who could tell me what was going on. She told me the person in charge of out-of-state registrations had been gone for three weeks and I would have to wait until she got back to get my plates. This would make sense, as to why it took so long to get my plates, but I had sent them the information over a month prior. Very unprofessional. There were other minor problems, such as the truck not being ready for pick up until a week plus after the salesperson said it would; the rep in charge of my trade-in forgetting to collect my title, causing me to have to drive back to Reno from Placer County to give it to them; and more unreturned calls while I was trying to figure out when I could pick up my truck. I realize the culture of many dealerships revolves around empty promises, but you should not tell a customer their vehicle will be ready in three days, deliver the vehicle in ten days, and not respond to calls in the interim. Not going to get into the wait times with the service dept. because this review is already too long. I wouldn't care if they listed a truck for half its value, I would never have anything to do with this dealership again. More

Despite some reviews referencing Jone West Ford and maybe their employees, Corwin Ford is not Jones West. They are much different and better. I purchased/ordered a new truck. I don’t buy new very often an their employees, Corwin Ford is not Jones West. They are much different and better. I purchased/ordered a new truck. I don’t buy new very often and rarely deal w dealerships, but this purchase was a pleasant experience. Chris Winberg was great and helpful. Despite some confusion in the sale discussion and process, he and his manager put it all together in a great way. Their concern for making it right and putting the customer first is what makes this review so easy. Corwin is nothing like the former Jones West because of the great attention and service Chris provided. More

I recently purchased a 2021 F-150 Limited from Corwin Ford. It was so easy and Austin made the transaction a breeze. We did all the hard stuff over the phone before I drove up from Vegas to pick up my ne Ford. It was so easy and Austin made the transaction a breeze. We did all the hard stuff over the phone before I drove up from Vegas to pick up my new F-150. I was there at 9:00am when they opened and was out of there with my new truck by 10:30am. Van is very condescending and hung up on me twice. The brand new $80k truck I bought from them is having issues. They are refusing to even look at them. I’d leave no stars if it would let me. My mom has been waiting for her car to be fixed for almost 3 months now. They even admitted they’ve had the parts for over a month. If you are able to go literally anywhere else, you absolutely should. I wouldn’t take my car here if it was the last place open in the entire universe. If you ever have to take your vehicle here for ANY reason at all, ask them how long the other vehicles have been sitting there. Seriously, just ask & you will be disgusted. Do not recommend this place. Literally at all😡 More
