Despite some reviews referencing Jone West Ford and maybe their employees, Corwin Ford is not Jones West. They are much different and better. I purchased/ordered a new truck. I don’t buy new very often and rarely deal w dealerships, but this purchase was a pleasant experience. Chris Winberg was great and helpful. Despite some confusion in the sale discussion and process, he and his manager put it all together in a great way. Their concern for making it right and putting the customer first is what makes this review so easy. Corwin is nothing like the former Jones West because of the great attention and service Chris provided. More

I recently purchased a 2021 F-150 Limited from Corwin Ford. It was so easy and Austin made the transaction a breeze. We did all the hard stuff over the phone before I drove up from Vegas to pick up my ne Ford. It was so easy and Austin made the transaction a breeze. We did all the hard stuff over the phone before I drove up from Vegas to pick up my new F-150. I was there at 9:00am when they opened and was out of there with my new truck by 10:30am. Van is very condescending and hung up on me twice. The brand new $80k truck I bought from them is having issues. They are refusing to even look at them. I’d leave no stars if it would let me. My mom has been waiting for her car to be fixed for almost 3 months now. They even admitted they’ve had the parts for over a month. If you are able to go literally a waiting for her car to be fixed for almost 3 months now. They even admitted they’ve had the parts for over a month. If you are able to go literally anywhere else, you absolutely should. I wouldn’t take my car here if it was the last place open in the entire universe. If you ever have to take your vehicle here for ANY reason at all, ask them how long the other vehicles have been sitting there. Seriously, just ask & you will be disgusted. Do not recommend this place. Literally at all😡 More

Crooks. Promise one thing and not living up to their word. I wish no stars are possible. One “General Manager” said things the NEXT General Manager refused to honor. Offered less than low blue book on o word. I wish no stars are possible. One “General Manager” said things the NEXT General Manager refused to honor. Offered less than low blue book on our car, but refused to deal on their car. Don’t fall for the “we will hold the car for you for $500.00 dollars”, then figure they have you over a barrel. Liars, thieves, with no shame. Shop anywhere but here. General Manager accused us of playing games. Never again. More
