He had all the particulars in place and made it very easy to drive from OR to NV and back home again in my new Bronco! No surprises when I got there, and we were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. Really pleased with the level of communication and professionalism from Cameron. He made it so easy and continues to be available for questions or concerns. Have already highly recommended his services and the dealership in general. Thank you! PS: Leah in the titles department is a rockstar! She not only helped me navigate the nightmare that is the DMV in Oregon, but emailed me the tracking # for the paperwork that she overnighted to them- so I could get the Bronco registered. Sales persons Omar Ortiz and Carlos Gonzalaz were fantastic when I went in to pick up m use vehicle. The original sales person did not show up. This dealer was recommended via AutoTrader and really, really failed me in so many ways. First, I tried to chat with them online. Upon completion of the chat, I was told that Sales would be contacting me really failed me in so many ways. First, I tried to chat with them online. Upon completion of the chat, I was told that Sales would be contacting me later. One week later, I hadn't heard a thing from the dealership. Later, I contacted them through their online form and received a note from one of their online salespeople, Skyler, that I could order a Maverick online. I proceeded to do so, ordering a Maverick in their inventory, even getting an order confirmation and a note that once again, Sales would follow up with me. Three days later, after hearing nothing from Sales, I reached out to the dealership and was told that the truck was sold, which apparently wasn't going to ever be conveyed to me. I then tried to work with Skyler on ordering a truck, but was ignored shortly thereafter. Later, after alerting AutoTrader of this dealership's incompetence, I received am inquiry from Corwin who tried to sell me a truck priced more than $14,000 than the one I had "successfully" ordered previously. And now I've gotten messages from Cameron Firth insinuating that I'm lying despite the fact that I have messages verifying my timeline and verifying what I've stated. So also be prepared for slanderous insults and arguments if you deal with their online staff. Terrible, terrible business practice and everyone should stay far away from Corwin Ford Reno at all costs. More
Jackie was really great. She went above and beyond to help us with the initial purchase. While looking at the car I noticed a lot of corrosion on the battery. I was told the battery was tested and was fine that it just needed to be cleaned. A week after signing the papers we had to take it in for that same dead battery. A week after that the check engine light came on we were told to bring it in on a a day that didn’t work for us so I checked the code with an OBD2 reader. I let the service advisor know what the issue was and what code came up. Then he told me they needed to check to see if the warranty we purchased covered the issue. It’s been another week and I still haven’t heard anything. More

Now hoping it's a Ford thing & not specific to this dealer. A knock developed, turned into a recall, service was great. Then the check engine light came on, dealing with service has gone downhill from there. Made an appointment, soonest available was over a month out to show up & be told I didn't have an appointment. Called the "Service Manager" when I got home, shared my story & frustration, good conversation, rescheduled and "he'd take care of it". Showed up to be blowen off, a couple guys tried to help but only made it worse wasting my time & theirs. Before I start making the drive to Carson City, at this point hoping it's an option, tried calling service one more time, actually 4 times. Last week was able to leave a message, no call back. Today all I get is hung up on after letting it ring for a number of minutes never anyone actually answering the phone. It's unfortunate for a lot of us that for whatever reason Reno is unable to have a good Ford dealer. Hoping Ford is listening, Corwin needs to go. More
Typical ripoff dealer. The finance team adds in bogus and over priced items. Service contracts form low rated companies. At least the online car dealers don't pad their profits with over $6000 dollars profit. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a truck from them in May and did not get my registration until the end of September. I called them multiple times throughout the process in an attempt to spe from them in May and did not get my registration until the end of September. I called them multiple times throughout the process in an attempt to speed up the process or get an understanding of why it was taking so long, and every time I was met with "so and so isn't here right now, but when she gets back I'll have her give you a call." Every time, I never received a call back from the specified person and would end up starting the whole process over. Finally I was able to get in contact with someone who could tell me what was going on. She told me the person in charge of out-of-state registrations had been gone for three weeks and I would have to wait until she got back to get my plates. This would make sense, as to why it took so long to get my plates, but I had sent them the information over a month prior. Very unprofessional. There were other minor problems, such as the truck not being ready for pick up until a week plus after the salesperson said it would; the rep in charge of my trade-in forgetting to collect my title, causing me to have to drive back to Reno from Placer County to give it to them; and more unreturned calls while I was trying to figure out when I could pick up my truck. I realize the culture of many dealerships revolves around empty promises, but you should not tell a customer their vehicle will be ready in three days, deliver the vehicle in ten days, and not respond to calls in the interim. Not going to get into the wait times with the service dept. because this review is already too long. I wouldn't care if they listed a truck for half its value, I would never have anything to do with this dealership again. More
