My Bronco Sport was a complete Christmas surprise from my family. The “caper” was completed long distance with several parties involved, and Brian Karsok was the sales consultant who helped make it all work family. I met with him today and he was personable, knowledgeable and very patient as he guided me through all the bells snd whistles. When I went to the dealership to sign the necessary paperwork, it was already prepared. The entire process took 5 minutes. Ana was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The last time I went to a dealership was over 20 years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. Apparently, things have changed and I'm pleased to say that the experience this time was much more pleasan ago and it was not a pleasant experience.
