Carlos was extremely pleasant to work with. I’ve dealt with other dealers and he by far went out of his way to accommodate. He even drove over to Reno with a truck that I hadn’t even officially purchased with other dealers and he by far went out of his way to accommodate. He even drove over to Reno with a truck that I hadn’t even officially purchased yet so that it could accommodate the RV dealer schedule to install the fifth wheel hitch in the back and then drove it back. To me you don’t see that customer service anymore and it is greatly appreciated. More

I have needed and wanted a car for 15 years.
