Hi Michael, I am sorry you are discouraged from the interaction with our dealership. I would like to address a few of your concerns. The credit app was not being sent by us, every time you were clicking the credit button on the vehicle description, you were sending it to yourself. We also have a pretty common policy of a car is available, until a deposit is taken or signed on. While you were trying to get a discount, a different customer was in store and paid asking price and signed on the vehicle. Looking at follow up, our sales rep was courteous, very responsive and outlined our pricing and deposit thoroughly. If you would like to discuss more, please feel free to reach out to me. Okay so let’s pretend I sent the app to myself, so what you’re saying is it took me sending three messages to get a response from the sales person after I made an offer. That doesn’t sound very responsive to me. I really wanted to buy that car from you as evidence the same year and model car is now sitting in my garage, purchased somewhere else. I would have even paid what you were advertising if you would have just said so before letting someone else buy it. Thanks for responding.

Michael, I count 45 texts back and forth between 8 am and 5 pm the day you're referencing. Then you made an offer, we told you unfortunately we could not discount the vehicle. Then at 5:06 pm you made another offer, at that exact time a customer was in store driving car. Salesperson, told you this within 4 minutes of that second offer. That customer bought car. Again, I am sorry this didn't work out, but Mary did an exceptional job getting you payments, additional photos, sending pricing info for value for almost the whole day, and then you send her a bad review. Mary is exceptional and you should really think about her and her career and reputation before sending something like this online.
