I have never had an experience at Ford until Cherae- I actually followed her from a prior dealership. I was looking for a very particular year, make, model, trim, and color. Awesome car buying experience even on a Saturday. I hate the process of buying a car. The Corwin website is a great tool in conjunction with CarFax. I started looking over a month ago. I mentioned all that I wanted in a preowned truck, and basically what I was looking for. Dave texted me weekly and gave me heads up what he knew he had on hand. I was able to test drive all the ones that I was interested in, he laid on NO pressure selling it. He told me when I was… ready to buy. Come back and let him know. GREAT experience with Dave and I recommend looking him up if you are looking to shop at Corwin Ford Reno. Dave showed me a lot of patience and was able to keep his attention towards my buying experience and not running around trying to grab all those other potential buyers in the mean time.
