We bought our 2022 Ford Maverick XL AWD on April 2022. First recall notice was later in '22. I made an appt to have recall work done. I showed up for my appt but they had no record of it. 1st Recall never got done. 2nd recall late 2023, no one ever answerd service dept phone. I showed up in person & spoke w/nice lady. Said I'm on list & someone will call me. I recived a call 7 weeks later saying Ill be called to set up a mobile service at my home for the 2 recalls. 6-7 weeks later still no call!!! Now I receiced a 3rd recall letter. Nearly 2 yrs goes by and I now have THREE open recalls and its scarey because they are safety issues. Corwin Ford, PLEASE put me on your callender. This is frustrating. This needs to get done like immediately. Since 2022 I've been brushed off. Why? My truck even got paid off nearly 5 yrs early (of 6). I should be a valued customer. Bought a new ford ranger from Chris at Corwin and every part of the process was easy, and I left extremely happy with my purchase. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! !!!! My wife and I bought a 2020 F-150 from Corwin. We took it in to get some items checked out about 5 months after we bought it. We had a vibration !!!! My wife and I bought a 2020 F-150 from Corwin. We took it in to get some items checked out about 5 months after we bought it. We had a vibration in the steering wheel and the stereo wasn't working right. They took it into the shop to look at it. They found out that that one of the brake lines on the driver side front had come loose and was rubbing. The zip tied that up instead of fixing it and the main stereo unit needed to be replaced. The turned around and where going to charge me almost $500 to fix the break line. They said they were going to order the stereo and call me when it came in and never did. I had called the service advisor and the service manager to find out what was going on and I never heard anything back. More
