So to start of, my husband and I had a pathfinder we loved that ended up getting totaled. We went to Ford where I had a meeting with Jackie, who let me test drive a Subaru Forester. We left the dealership to think about our options. Less than an hour later, Jackie had called with some great news. Her and a gentleman in the finance department went out of their way to help us get approved with a low rate, and a monthly payment we feel more than comfortable with, on top of a warranty! Jackie went above and beyond to make us feel special and meet our needs, and not make us feel like we were just a sale but actually a friend! She was professional, quick, and gave us her undivided attention, even when you can tell there were a million things going on around us. I saw the car online after the dealership was closed on Saturday. I still got an email from Mary acknowledging my inquiry . Then Sunday morning I got another email. I told her I would be in at 11:30.
