Cherae Cozzi and Corwin Ford are absolutely fantastic. My memory of car buying in the past is long waits, bickering about price, and a general feeling afterwards that "I've just been had". Her knowledge of the product and the process are certainly noteworthy but it's her genuine efforts to put my wants and needs first that really stands out.
