Scheduled an oil change for 8:30 am and dropped my truck off the night prior. They did not start the service until 1:00 pm and did not finish until 3:45 pm. I got nothing but attitude from the service depar off the night prior. They did not start the service until 1:00 pm and did not finish until 3:45 pm. I got nothing but attitude from the service department. When I went to pick up my truck, the service employees were rude. Will not be going back. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to Capital Ford. More
