Well if you want a dealership that doesn't stand behind the product it sells you have come to the right place. Won't take recall appointments at all! Paid for bumper to bumper warranty when bought car one year ago, needed to make appointment to have an axle seal replaced. Still have not gotten a call back, nor did Mitchell take care of us as he said he year ago, needed to make appointment to have an axle seal replaced. The worst service department I have ever experienced. They outright lied to me about scheduling. They had me bring my vehicle in there and told me it would be ready the same day. It wasn’t until I had been waiting around for approximately five hours that they told me they needed to keep it overnight. They don’t answer their phones when you try to call them in fact, when you do call their service operator, you get hung up on without anyone taking the call. Every service advisor is impossible to access by telephone. Absolutely poor service. Don’t take your vehicle there. Probably not a good idea to purchase your vehicle there if you’re planning on getting it serviced there. More
If I could give them a zero, I would. Last July, went in to look at a 2016 Mustang, I made the mistake of buying the car prior to it going through inspection. That being said, I had nothing but problems with the finance team (screwed up the deal with GNCU, printed the temporary plate too early giving me mere days to register the car), then after it was through inspection the car had major shimmy issues. They lied to me about the why, made up some BS story about someone else driving the car and hitting a pothole. Finally, I get the service manager to agree and he "force balanced" the car to make it right. 78k miles when I bought it, 83K right now... Still having shimmy issues and resigned myself to the factory issues that Ford claims they had with some of the cars coming off the line. It's a used car... Today, took it to Big O to get a oil change and tire rotation. They refused to do the rotation and balance due to the tread on the tires and the suspension of the car. Are you kidding me? The tires are worn from the outside in to the secondary rubber! There is NO WAY with 5K miles that these tires were OK and then wore down like this. How in good faith could they even send me out on the roads with the tires like that? Never, ever buy a used vehicle from these guys! I'd never buy a new car from them at this point either. I also had to ask them for the drive train report and they falsified that document as well. "We don't do them upfront." On and on and on... just stay away. They are worse than Jones West and those guys had a drug ring happening right under their noses! More
Jeremy in internet sales was amazing to work with--no games, knowledgable and quick response time. I was working with two different dealerships trying to get the right deal, one of which was only a 150 games, knowledgable and quick response time. Jeremy's sincere and honest (no games) approach, coupled with a great deal, convinced me to travel nearly 600 miles to Corwin in Reno, Nevada.
