After the purchase, we were missing the second key fob when we left the dealership. Jose drove from Reno to Carson City to personally deliver the second fob to us. That is incredible service! They stayed late one night, drove to the shelter I was staying at to pick me up, and take me to Corwin. They worked with me on everything and got me a really good deal on a reliable vehicle. They were friendly and personal, not pushy in the slightest, and honest. All of these are not traits you usually expect in a "used car dealer" and I know they didn't make a lot in commissions due to how much I could afford.
