Even after the sale was final, Chris took the extra time to show us how some of the new features work, and again took time to help us sort out some minor issues when we came back for some accessories two weeks later. I really appreciate the personal attention given to each of their customers. More
This is the first time I have ever written a review on a dealership that I DID NOT buy a car from. I wrote a review earlier about a failed attempt to purchase and I hope this makes up for that post. There dealership that I DID NOT buy a car from. I wrote a review earlier about a failed attempt to purchase and I hope this makes up for that post. There is much more behind this review that I wont talk about here. Brandon Steinke and Eduardo Gonzalez were two of the most patient and understanding sales people I have ever met. I balked regularly about the purchase and yet they allowed me to continue with an attempt to purchase. I am sorry that I did not purchase a vehicle from them because they gave me an outstanding deal that I could not pull the trigger on because of my personal principle beliefs. Thanks for the effort fellas! Well done! Thank you! More

Corwin Ford's service was extremely bad and downright unethical or illegal. I brought my 2018 Ford Mustang to be serviced because the vehicle seemed to clunk when put from park to drive. It was a simple unethical or illegal. I brought my 2018 Ford Mustang to be serviced because the vehicle seemed to clunk when put from park to drive. It was a simple motor mount replacement which is at most 1 hour, maybe 2 of a job. The quote for the work? $1,350. I had third party warranty on the vehicle with $500 deductible, so I bit the bullet and offered to be serviced. Original estimate for procuring motor mounts was 1 week. I call the service advisor after 1 week, and he says it's going to be another week just to receive the parts. I asked him for part number so that I can buy the mount myself, and all of a sudden parts are available in 2 days. Now, the quote given to me for the service and what was approved was $1,350. But, they charged the insurance company $2200!!!! Not a single cent above the already extremely overpriced $1,350 for two motor mount replacement was approved by me, this is downright unethical and maybe illegal. Furthermore, the man had not submitted invoice to the warranty company for almost 2 weeks, and when I wanted to pick up the vehicle, he said it could be another 2 weeks. The service advisor was jerking me around too much, hence I paid for all of the service ($1,350) and walked away with my car, as the dealership said they will cut me a check for the difference once payment is received. The Service Advisor for me was Luke. I liked Pat and the sales folks, but I had the absolute worst experience with this service advisor. More
Price gouging on the new 23 Maverick XL. $7,500 over MSRP they called "Market Value" adjustment. After some very frustrating negotiation; at first I was told the Maverick sells for as much a $7,500 over MSRP they called "Market Value" adjustment. After some very frustrating negotiation; at first I was told the Maverick sells for as much as 15k over MSRP, and they couldn't come down from the $33,000+ they were asking. I was able to settle on $31000+ out the door. I had to threaten to call Ford (which I did anyway). I also mentioned I am a Veteran and got that "discount". I will probably never buy another new Ford again. More
