We had such a great experience at Corwin Ford! I was eyeing a “Used” 5k mile 24 GMC Sierra AT4 AEV they had on the lot from afar and finally made a day to go check it out in person. From the moment we arrived on the lot we could immediately see the difference from the bad experience dealerships we have previously been to over the years. Not one sales person rushed over as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle. They all let us walk around for a moment and then approached in an easy going manner, which was very appreciated. We were told Chris Winberg “knew all there was to know about trucks” and they were 100% right. Chris showed us around the lot first with the GMC I’d been eying, pointing out stats of the truck. He then showed us the comparable 25 F150 Tremor which then put a huge curveball in the “we’re here for the GMC” plans. We ended up test driving both and each time he again presented his knowledge of each truck which was awesome. Ultimately we took home the GMC. It felt like a no pressure deal and he truly wanted us to drive away in what worked best for us. Each step of the sale seemed very streamlined from sales to finance to the detail department. We left with a beautiful shiny truck and huge smiles on our faces. Can’t say enough about how smooth and pleasant this experience was! Thanks Corwin Ford, we will definitely be back! More

The Corwin Ford dealership has significantly underperformed the average dealership in several categories. While common in the Covid area, the dealership continues to overcharge for parts/servic underperformed the average dealership in several categories. I recently quoted several vehicles and found Corwin Ford to be an average of over $10k more than competitors. This pertains to high dollar vehicles, but is still significant on a percentage basis. I recently had my Raptor service and was quoted 3x the required service time of competing shops (of note, the shop rates are also higher at the Corwin dealership than most of the surrounding shops). The dealership requires follow up to remain on task when things are going well, and are difficult to contact if things are less than ideal (they will follow up excessively if they think a sale is involved). I have done business in multiple industries and with multiple automobile dealerships across the country. Corwin Ford is the dealership that ranks lowest on my list. Do a little homework and you may save thousands, regardless of what you are in for. More

He was zero-pressure but extremely responsive and very pleasant. I absolutely LOVE my new Ford Explorer -- I have had mostly European cars in the past. In fact, traded in my Porche Macan and I couldn't be happier. I'm still learning all the technologies and features and the drive is so comfortable and amazing. I would also like to thank Jeremy, the sales manager for his patience and working to get me the best deal possible. You were AWESOME!! Ok, lastly, thank you Jessica for explaining all the line items in the contract and getting me a great rate on my financing--I wasn't going to finance but she gave me a rate I couldn't refuse.
