They sold me a 24 mach-e off the lot, brand new. The windshield wiper fluid reservoir was empty off the lot but I didn’t think much of it since it was summer. I brought it to them and now they’re tr The windshield wiper fluid reservoir was empty off the lot but I didn’t think much of it since it was summer. I brought it to them and now they’re trying to charge me $1000 for a plastic tube they say rodents chewed, when it was clearly and obviously like that off the lot. If it were my issue sure I wouldn’t bother with this, but there was no chance for mice to chew this up as we drove it every day and kept it garaged. Funny that my rarely driven Toyota parked outside hasn’t had any mice issues. Stay away from Corwin. Go to Carson or Fernley and let Reno fords no matter the name be scummy without your $. More

The parts department has the same lazy people as jones west, my wife had the same experience as me. I took my 2024 f350 with 2K miles in to service due to a grind in the left hub, I didnt have a truck for west, my wife had the same experience as me. I took my 2024 f350 with 2K miles in to service due to a grind in the left hub, I didnt have a truck for 2 days = no work I finally called them they said it was normal. same people in service as jones west. Do your self a favor drive a little either to Carson or Fallon and save the frustration same useless people to deal with just a different brand. More
