I am writing this because my recent experience has been incredibly demeaning. I came in for an oil change, but my ongoing interactions with the parts department have reached a breaking point. ​I pay the h incredibly demeaning. I came in for an oil change, but my ongoing interactions with the parts department have reached a breaking point. ​I pay the higher dealership prices because I expect reliability and professional expertise. Instead, I’ve received faulty parts—like key fob batteries that only last 24 hours—and, more importantly, I’ve been treated with total disrespect. The staff in the parts department are consistently condescending, treating me like I’m a 'pain in the xxx' and an inconvenience to their day. ​I don't feel appreciated or respected as a customer. I am happy to pay for quality, but I will not pay to be treated like I don't know what I'm doing. I am bringing this up because I want to know if this is the standard of service you find acceptable, as it has made me rethink bringing my vehicle back for even a basic oil change. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address this culture of condescension. More
