Failed to fix a/c issue the first time and charged me over $500. Fixed it the second time with my warranty (failed to use warranty the first time.) During this, they broke something else. Now, a/c doesn’t blow at all in the front of my Durango. No loaners available and I am unable to leave my vehicle without any transportation. They require keeping my vehicle for several hours to run diagnostics. They sent me a text stating it’s going to cost at least $220 for diagnostics on something their service person broke. We shouldn’t have to pay for anything that isn’t caused by us. More

I just decided to drive through the lot one day to look at cars and only dream because that’s what I’ve been used to- is being turned down by dealerships. He came up to my car when I was looking and was super friendly, took me inside and over the course of 3 days of him doing everything he could to help me get into a car- thinking I wouldn’t get a car. He worked his magic and he did get me into one!!! NEVER IMAGINED!! And I fell in absolute love with it! Roshaun was amazing and very helpful and honest all around. 10/10 recommend him! More
