My family has made 4 purchases from Corwin ram in the past 7 years. I had a bad experience in 2013 and vowed to never go back. Well they had the truck my wife I wanted so I gave them a 2nd chance and bou past 7 years. I had a bad experience in 2013 and vowed to never go back. Well they had the truck my wife I wanted so I gave them a 2nd chance and bought it. That's when it all went down hill. I paid for the pulse brake light ($400) and come to find out, it doesn't pulse. So I need to make a trip back to Fargo (50 miles) to have them address the issue. Then I asked about getting a referral check for my neighbor who just purchased a ram truck a month before me. Salesman (Ross) said no can't do that since the deal is already done. So I called the sales manager and he said they'll send a check. I gave the name and address to Ross. 2 weeks went by with no check. I called and texted Ross, no return call and he said he'd check on it. Nothing. Called and left messages for the sales managers, no return call. Called and talked to the general manager (Greg). He was going to talk to Ross to confirm the address and get another check sent. Ross doesn't return a call. 2 days later I called Greg and left message, no return call. 3 days later I called Greg and he said another check was sent and was just a xxxxx about it. Then Ross must of learned how to use a phone and called me to confirm the name. Obviously they haven't sent the check yet. I tried to give them a second chance but once the issues are fixed with my truck, I won't even drive though their lot. Worst dealership I've ever been involved in! More
