GOT CHEWED OUT AND CUSSED AT BY BARBARA MAY Do not go to this dealership if it can all be helped. I bought a vehicle there in June and and in October. Both have squeaky and clunking breaks. O Do not go to this dealership if it can all be helped. I bought a vehicle there in June and and in October. Both have squeaky and clunking breaks. One was a 2016 Jeep Patriot the other a 2005 Ford Escape. Everytime i have been in there to have them looks at its a $75 charge and they tell me it cause the brakes are wet. Been dry for every up here. I say its cheap parts. This week Wednesday I had another appointment to have the brakes looked yup $75 bux again for them to look at and tell me they are wet. These were all supposed to have been replaced when bought according to salesperson. Well now i had ruined the rotors and brakes on the front. Called my husband and he had to talk to Barbara May, Travis the Service Manager and Greg Heinz the GM. My husband got the brakes replaced somehow but on my way out of the service bay to get a ride home. Barbara May chewed my xxx and cussed at me and said i had no xxxxx and needed my Husband to do all my work. I immediately went into a anxiety attack and got in the vehicle for the ride home. I cried all the way home and while at home until i calmed down. Greg will not return phone calls and I seriously hope nobody else will buy from there. Worst place in town. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! More

Couldn't have had a better experiance So I was in the market for a truck and went in to Cowin Dodge to look for one. Mathieu helped me find a truck but I felt it was to much for me in term So I was in the market for a truck and went in to Cowin Dodge to look for one.
