This place is a joke... Most stressful experience ever! We have been looking to purchase a new pickup to pull a RV with and had found one on the lot at Corwin after testing a couple different trucks. We wer We have been looking to purchase a new pickup to pull a RV with and had found one on the lot at Corwin after testing a couple different trucks. We were told we had been approved for a 2500 that would fit our needs perfectly. The finance guy Ty got our info and ran credit and let me know what I needed to bring for the bank to ok everything. I had to leave for business and could not return to sign for and pick up the truck until the following Weekend. I was repeatedly called and hounded for a debit card number for a deposit. Which isn't really a complaint but shows their disorganization and not having their papers in order before I left. When I arrived to pickup the truck I found out Ty had misled the bank to get an approval and the deal would not go through as he reported my income incorrectly. Then to make amends they claimed they got permission to cover the difference on a stripped down model if I signed an extended warranty so they could make their money back. (A dealer cannot legally make you feel obligated or force you to sign for an extended warranty) The pricing on the tags in the window are very misleading... some would call it false advertising. That is the price after all rebates are figured including some that many won't qualify for because they are unable to finance a certain way or don't own a business. They will tell you about rebates you can get but then it turns out they aren't going to make as much off you and will find ways to mislead you or take the rebates out. At one point a member of their finance group changed the price on the computer right in front of us. They also denied us rebates... and claimed we only got rebates if we took a policy called Term Care. Ty Called me on the phone and said it's a rebate but he needed my permission to add it. Since rebate usually means something is free I agreed. Once I saw the paperwork I found a 2500.00 charge for this policy. When I said remove the policy he said that my rebate would go down by 2500.00. We had already been given these rebates. They were going to take them away if we didn't buy extra products so they could line their pockets. If we did not agree to take extra products they would raise the price or just remove rebates even though they are given by RAM and Chrysler. We were obviously upset about the deception and way we were being treated so they wanted to make a deal and get us a pickup from another dealer that would work for us. It was a Ram but a 1500 that had the specs we needed to pull the RV so we figured we could make do. They said it would be no problem... I picked it out the vehicle from another location and signed the loan and everything...essentially the deal was done. The next couple days I'd call for updates and would get the run around. Calls were not answered or returned... I was told it's pending.. or it'll be here soon or that they were still working on the numbers. Through another source I found the truth...the dealer with the pickup I signed for was not interested in trading and I was being avoided or lied to the whole time! After finding out I'm unable to get the vehicle, I asked for my down payment check to be returned. One of the managers (Greg Heinz) said, "yes" and that I come pick it up but when someone went to pick it up on my behalf.. (I am away for work)... It's all of the sudden not available! So now here I sit...almost three weeks wasted, no way to pull my rv, and missing my down payment. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with Corwin. ***UPDATE*** My down payment check was finally returned to me. Still coming away from this at a loss of a lot of time and energy that could have been spent enjoying our new Ram with my family. Very disappointing! We explained that we would no longer deal with them without speaking to the owner, Drew Corwin. Greg Heinz said that is impossible and just does not happen. Greg has been making repeated efforts to bribe us with deals and cover this situation up to ensure the public does not know the truth about how they do business. More

But the finance department experience was very awful and will be addressing with higher managements . Out of my sale reps control but is very helpful in the step to the right direction. More

Their service department steals I bought a brand new Dodge Charger about a year ago, and brought it in to get some warranty work done. When I dropped it off, I accidentally forgot to I bought a brand new Dodge Charger about a year ago, and brought it in to get some warranty work done. When I dropped it off, I accidentally forgot to grab my ray-ban sunglasses out of my car before leaving it with them. The whole case was missing along with the sunglasses and they pretty much told me "that sucks" when I called to report it. I will never buy from them again or be going back to get service done. More
