Not the great experience I was hoping for. Found a vehicle that I liked online and drove two hours to go look at it. I ended up spending about 6 hours in there. My fiancé and I were super patient and polite waiting. My salesman was nice but I think the overall service between him getting the price to what it is actually worth and what the manager would allow was TERRIBLE. When I walked in there I told them how I got ripped off at the last dealership I went to and they said they wouldn’t do that. The financial side of the place ripped me off and said they could get me a great APR rate, and I ended up walking out if there with almost double the APR rate that I had with my previous vehicle. I have called multiple times trying to get ahold of them because they didn’t tell me the code to unlock the vehicle. Also I had left a voicemail because when I got back home the key stopped working and the vehicle only starts with autostart. I’m still not sure what is wrong with it but I do know that they have poor service. They said they want us to come back in the future but I don’t think that will happen. They can’t even respond to voicemails from 3 weeks ago. More

Horrible experience Purchased a brand new Ram Ecodiesel. Within 300 miles the check engine light came on. After 3 attempts to repair, I was placed in touch with Chrysler Purchased a brand new Ram Ecodiesel. Within 300 miles the check engine light came on. After 3 attempts to repair, I was placed in touch with Chrysler who are equally responsible for a poor rating. Neither Chrysler nor Corwin have remedied the problem. I've been to the dealership 10 times with no fix or offer to return the truck. I was given a case manager to review my issue that is still ongoing. Still, I'm driving a unreliable vehicle. Lawyers are sadly having to get involved. More
