He gave me a real assessment on whether or not he could get to what I needed deal wise and I made the decision to drive 80 miles to go check it out. Got there and he was honest and fair got me the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. I had financing arranged already, they asked once if I wanted to give them a chance to offer financing I said no and that was that. Dylan and everyone else was honest and not pushy at all, listened to what I needed and in the end I feel like I got a good deal and a deal I am happy with. More

When it was discovered that the vehicle we had wanted to test drive was not available -- she spent time working with us to find another one that would meet our requirements. We ended up test driving a similar vehicle and she took time to show us all of the features. After a long time of looking she was informed that the vehicle we wanted to see was actually still available and we were able to look at it. I will never understand the need for so many people to be involved in a purchase other then the sales person and their manager. Financing should come into play after a price has been reached. All of the individuals we met and talked to were very kind and respectful -- but from a customer perspective -- they were throwing too much information at us too fast and wanting an answer -- this was the part of the experience I would love to see changed. Too many people involved makes for a very stressful experience. Once the transaction was completed, Callie took time to set up various features in our new vehicle and answered any questions we asked. She made us feel very valued and has contacted us since the purchase to make sure everything was going okay and to remind us that we could contact her if we had any questions or concerns. She was a very lovely person to work with and I would highly recommend asking for Callie when looking for a new vehicle. More
