2018 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Robert was very patient and answered all our questions. We arrived at the dealership at 10:45am and left at 6pm. It was a long day. I spoke with Robert the day before arrival and told him what I was looking for. I got to the dealership and the vehicle was already pulled up to the front of the dealership. We got inside the building, he introduced himself and showed me the Grand Caravan. I told him I wanted to test drive a Pacifica as well. He did not hesitate and went and got the Pacifica and pulled it upfront by the Caravan. I test drove the Pacifica and loved it! Tried to get financing for this vehicle and the payments were too high, so we decided to get the Grand Caravan. We had to crunch numbers as I have a charge-off on my credit report and I was trading in a vehicle that I owed more money on than it was worth. I also have a 4 month old baby boy, who at times was not very happy. I was embarrassed at times because he was crying. Robert and the staff didn't make me feel like this was a nuisance to them. The insurance broker was also very helpful and friendly. He found insurance for us at a much lower rate than we were paying!!! The finance person was very personable as well. He understood our situation and worked hard to get the loan approved. He made the signing process fun! many laughs were shared. I also need to mention the reception desk. The lady made us feel welcome!! Today I got a call from Robert saying I was qualified for a rebate of $500! Which after a dealership sells a car, they don't think about that person again. It was different this time. The dealership and Robert didn't have to call and tell me this information as the car deal was closed. This was very much appreciated!! It was a long day for everyone, all the employees remained professional and friendly. I LOVED my experience at Corwin. I will defiantly be back to purchase another vehicle and refer family and friends. Only recommendation is - When they detail for vehicle after purchase I would have liked to have the windows cleaned and the back hatch area vacuumed. The windows were very dirty and made it hard to see at night on the drive home to Bemidji, MN. More
