Bought a 2025 Ram 1500 Bighorn about 2 months ago and have had problems twice in the last 2 weeks with the computer in the dash or something shutting down. They lie we bought a truck a few weeks ago and our sales person won't call us back. The check engine light was on and still on. A light wasn't working and said they where going to fix it and we we waited fo person won't call us back. The check engine light was on and still on. A light wasn't working and said they where going to fix it and we we waited for that for three days on the part. Which instead of a new one It was used. Said they went through the truck, oil change and all the works. Well the air filter wasn't replaced which they said they did. So for three days we waited they did nothing at all but set the truck outside and said they did check out. And now our sales person won't answer his calls or call us back! Said he filled the fuel tank and lied about that. I think it should all WDAY HOT LINE and have them ask why they lied in an interview. More
