I had an oil change appointments for 10 am. Was there st 945. Told the service guy I would be waiting. Was yd on the phone when I booked it that it would take about an hour. At 1115 I spoke to the guy and they were just starting. He apologized and said they were very busy. Your service guys must realize that your customers are busy too and rely on honesty related to schedule. I would have been ok if someone would have come and told me they were running behind as I had other business appointments I could have gone to and come back. Communication Comunication. Communication!!! The service advisor was apologetic and I gave him a hard time but also felt bad for him. More
