The girls that answer the phone are useless. I couldn't get any kind of answer from them in regards to the warranty process, bringing my truck down, getting a loaner, anything. I called 3 or 4 t I couldn't get any kind of answer from them in regards to the warranty process, bringing my truck down, getting a loaner, anything. I called 3 or 4 times the first week my truck broke down and got nowhere talking to multiple people. I even called Carson City GMC just to compare the 2 dealerships, and the lady that took my call at Michael Hohl in Carson was able to answer all of my questions and was 10x more professional. On my final attempt calling Corwin I eventually was able to get through to the service department who said to tow my truck down, which I did. When dropping my truck off at the service department my experience with Corwin got much better - Rob came out and introduced himself and took care of me from then on out. He was friendly and strait forward. Everything he said he would do, he did. The estimated time he gave me was accurate. He was even able to get me into a nice loaner. He kept me updated every step of the process and honestly made the whole experience much better than I was expecting. Having your new $70k truck need a motor replacement at only 8000 miles is very inconvenient, but Rob made the situation as smooth as possible for me. Overall my experience was good and I'll give good reviews, and that is 100% due to Rob Canadian. More
