The guys had no idea what was going on Al was working and Keith was helping. It was chaos. Keith, as a service manager, didnt know anything about what vehicles were dropped off and the cust Al was working and Keith was helping. It was chaos. He saod he doesnt work back there and was helping so i assumed he didnt even work in the service department at all. I stood there waiting to ask about a part and took forever for them to ask me what i needed. Then I asked Al about my door handle and quoted me for the handle that opens the door. I needed the plastic piece for the handle to just hold on the door to pull it closed. Then he went to help someone else and I left. I am happy about the price and it didnt take that long. More

Routine oil change I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. He remembered me and was glad he hadn't seen me in a while (me I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. I mentioned I had a free oil change from my rewards program and he said he'd take care of it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle and hour and a half later, I didn't have to do anything but sign. Great in and out, love the customer service I get when I come there. I even bring my bfs car in now (even though it's not a ford-shhh)! More
