Not happy From the day I brought my van in, it was frustrating. First off- it took 5 days for them to just take a look at it. Then after we agreed for them to fix it the price went up 2x. We told them we were going to go another way because we can save ourselves $2800. The guy said “ok but it’s $600 for diagnostic” I was so mad. I went in to get my car and my transmission was sitting on a bench next to my car. The manager listened to my complains and did take half off the bill. But still $300 to tell me what’s wrong with my van. When the tow truck guy got there, they wouldn’t give him the van because they said I didn’t pay!!!! Which I did and was told there wouldn’t be any other issues!!! Nothing but aggravation. More
Better app needed. I've done all my service at Cortese after purchasing vehicles there. They have always provided great customer service and technical service. My only issue is in using the Fordpass app. It does not integrate with the xxx system well at all. Redeeming points seems impossible. A better way would be having service advisors able to scan a barcode on the customer's phone provided by Fordpass. Then that customer's account would be synced with their system. More

I would like to add that, separate from my experience at the dealership, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to not be able to call and talk with someone directly. I made four phone calls to the dealership and never got to the right person. I finally gave up. When the rest of the dealership has treated me so well, this is a huge dissatisfier. More

The only times I don't go here is when I can't schedule an appointment for a time that suits me (this place is quite popular), but if the times align, I always end up going here. More
Brought my car in to fix the mirror and they broke it I brought my car in for service because my 6 month old car mirror fell right off the windshield. My boyfriend and I both dropped it off in the morning I brought my car in for service because my 6 month old car mirror fell right off the windshield. My boyfriend and I both dropped it off in the morning told them the metal piece that sticks to the windshield was find we had glued it back on. I had work so my boyfriend went to pick it up they told him on the phone it wasn't done but they had to submit some things to ford to see if it would be covered. When he arrived there was a hole bigger than a quarter where the mirror was. Instead of fixing my car they put a giant hole in the windshield. I don't know why they decided to pry it off the windshield when it was perfectly fine up there at least without asking first. The dashboard was covered in glass shards which they could have had the decency to clean up. I would expect when something like this happens and explanation and a apology. Instead they tried to tell my mother and boyfriend who picked it up that it was dropped off like that. When they called me telling me this i was stunned. They talked to the manager and somehow they ended up in an argument because well obviously they wanted it fixed. My boyfriend trying to go to the car to get away from this and the manager followed him. The manager keith called him and imbecile and xxxxx. Then my mother had to separate my boyfriend from the manager because she said they both looked like they were going to fight. The manager said he was going to call the cops on him for making a scene when there in the parking lot. Yet there was no customers around. What a mess and so we waited to days to see if our waranty would cover Cortese Fords mistake. And of course they didn't because why would they they could have used some other agent to get the piece off the glass if they really needed to but really all we needed was a new mirror. When I talked to the manager later he was very rude on the phone and he kept asking me who I was and was more concerned with telling me that my boyfriend was being rude in the parking lot and causing a scene then telling me what had gone on with our car. What kind of customer service is that just because your a dealership do your think you can treat people however your want. We finally talked to Samantha Cortese who acted like she was going to try to help us but she didn't. She offered us free gas and car wash. And to try to fix our existing mirror but not give us a new one even though they destroyed our windshield. Now the car insurance rates will likely increase because of this... I will never be bringing my car there again. They wanted to work on my car the day i got my windshield fixed and I refused as it was in the same state it was when i brought it to them there was just a piece loose on the mirror. and I was not about to have them destroy my windshield for a second time. I hope these service people really get their act together because this is no way to run a business treating people like that. More
