Recent service experience Brought my car in for an oil change and they found a slice in my drivers side tire and told me it was a safety hazard and feel the price for two tires Brought my car in for an oil change and they found a slice in my drivers side tire and told me it was a safety hazard and feel the price for two tires was high. Disappointing I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came ba I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came back. Without inquiring who was next he took the other customer before me. After waiting (from actual check-in time) over an hour, someone popped his head into the waiting area to get another waiting customer and said "Oh, I'll check on your car you were here before I went to lunch". Finally at about 1 hour 15 minutes, another service rep came out and told me my inspection was expired, and "is it okay to do it?" Obviously I needed it done, but I was already running very late for what should have been a quick appointment, needless to say almost 2 hours from the time of my scheduled appointment time I left. Oh and to receive a text while I am sitting there "If you need anything throughout your visit" and I send a text asking a question and never receive a reply .... why bother? More

Although though I parked it right in front of everyone's way, the staff was polite in every way to me.
