Disappointing I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came ba I arrived BEFORE my scheduled appointment, had to wait to check-in, in the meantime another customer walked in as a second service counter rep came back. Without inquiring who was next he took the other customer before me. After waiting (from actual check-in time) over an hour, someone popped his head into the waiting area to get another waiting customer and said "Oh, I'll check on your car you were here before I went to lunch". Finally at about 1 hour 15 minutes, another service rep came out and told me my inspection was expired, and "is it okay to do it?" Obviously I needed it done, but I was already running very late for what should have been a quick appointment, needless to say almost 2 hours from the time of my scheduled appointment time I left. Oh and to receive a text while I am sitting there "If you need anything throughout your visit" and I send a text asking a question and never receive a reply .... why bother? More

Although though I parked it right in front of everyone's way, the staff was polite in every way to me. Not happy From the day I brought my van in, it was frustrating. First off- it took 5 days for them to just take a look at it. Then after we agreed for them to f From the day I brought my van in, it was frustrating. First off- it took 5 days for them to just take a look at it. Then after we agreed for them to fix it the price went up 2x. We told them we were going to go another way because we can save ourselves $2800. The guy said “ok but it’s $600 for diagnostic” I was so mad. I went in to get my car and my transmission was sitting on a bench next to my car. The manager listened to my complains and did take half off the bill. But still $300 to tell me what’s wrong with my van. When the tow truck guy got there, they wouldn’t give him the van because they said I didn’t pay!!!! Which I did and was told there wouldn’t be any other issues!!! Nothing but aggravation. More
