2017 F-150 warranty repair My 2017 F150 was leaking oil. I made an appointment and dropped it off. Al was my service advisor and kept in communication thru out the process. Ford Focus 2014 I love this dealership as they have always accommodated me and my car, even though I didn’t buy it from them. What I hate is that ever since I bought I love this dealership as they have always accommodated me and my car, even though I didn’t buy it from them. What I hate is that ever since I bought this crappy car I have had to take it to the dealer at least 5 times in the last 2 years to fix the transmission or something else. I hate that I don’t qualify for the buy back program for this car because I have too many miles on it. This is by far the worst car ever and I would love to be able to get rid of it and get a better car from ford. This is just a mess, I shouldn’t have had to deal with these many problems and it doesn’t seem fair that I pay so much a month for a car that is almost always in the shop for the transmission. I also had to replace the coolant chamber that holds the extra coolant because there was a giant hole in the bottom of the original one. I can’t believe that ford won’t do anything else for me other than fix the transmission free of charge. It’s completely and utterly ridiculous that I’ve had so many problems and have had to miss work because of it. More

Terrible experience I had an appointment to replace the climate control system, which has had persistent problems since I bought the vehicle, but was never diagnosed prop I had an appointment to replace the climate control system, which has had persistent problems since I bought the vehicle, but was never diagnosed properly until AFTER the 60,000 mile warranty was up. I was told for this last appointment the system would be replaced with the $100 deductible under the warranty plan, but half-way through the day I dropped it off, I received a call from Al, who told me that was not going to happen. Not my problem that the service department couldn't diagnose during the times I had it in for this problem under the warranty, which was sold to us (Sales Dept) without explaining that there would be a deductible. Regardless, I am filing a small claims suit against Cortese and Ford. More
