Maintenance/oil change All was just fine with initial maintenance on vehicle. However your Ford app for making my service appointment is not! Initially my appointment was set through app for a Tuesday at 12:15. Appointment was confirmed by service dept 5 times telling me not to forget my appointment. When I arrived the Service Rep says no appointment showing and no service available due to everyone at lunch. So I had to come back a 2nd time which was quite inconvenient. So my problem is with your online Ford app not talking with Service Dept. More
