Recently had my 04 Mustang in for an oil change. I drive this car seasonally and only in nice weather when I can enjoy the convertible. I was grateful for this consideration and the very real possibility of avoiding a traffic stop and ticket had I let the inspection lapse again. It's these little things that keep me coming back to Cortese Ford. I'd also like to commend the service staff for their professionalism and politeness whenever I;'m in there for service on one of our 3 fords. They're always friendly and willing to answer questions. My husband and I just bought our used car from Cortese and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. After we bought our car we notice the headlight had some water in it and was and was very impressed with the fast and friendly service we received. After we bought our car we notice the headlight had some water in it and was really cloudy. I called up our sale rep. Wayne Rainey and explained the situation to him and he said to bring it right and would have one of service guys look at. We spoke with Charles Halter and he said they would have to order a new one and would be able to put it in as soon as it came in. The next day we got a call from them saying it was in and to come right up so they can replace. We got there and it took them about 15 minutes to replace the old one. We were so please and impressed with the fast service we received. Most of all we were happy that the $200.00 headlight was covered under our 60 day warranty and we did not have to pay a thing. I had an 11:30 amd appt and needed my car back in an hour tops to make it to a demonstration I was doing. I had to be there by 1:00 pm to set up and discuss things with my hostesses. I had a free rotation on file and he took my word for it. How many people believe a customer without double checking? I liked that they trusted me as much as I trust them! Not only that...they had me out in less than 45 minutes and I made it to my Demonstration with time to spare! How many dealerships listen to the customer's needs and deliver on time for you???? Great Dealership! I stopped using the dealership I bought my car at (Doan Dodge) because it always came back with more problems than when I took it in AND one person would say one thing and then the next person would not honor it. I only let Cortese work on my car now. They're the only ones I trust to do it, on time and right! Not to mention - EVERY PERSON IS FRIENDLY!!! Being female a lot of Service Departments act as if I don't know anything. Cortese ALWAYS treats me with respect and the same as they treat any man in there. They don't assume female = stupid about cars. LOVE THAT about them! More

I have been looking to buy a newer car, but my credit needs improvement. Dave was very upfront with me. I know that when I am able to buy, I will buy from Cortese because they always have informed me of what I need and have never tried to pull a fast one in trying to get a bigger sale. These guys are the greatest!! My son also has his Dodge Ram serviced at Cortese Dodge. I've had my last 4 cars serviced at Cortese Lincoln-Mercury and have always been satisfied with their work. They listen to what needs to be done and deliver what they promise to do. Best of all they keep me informed of any changes in the details or timing of the services they are providing. Most of my service visits are for routine maintenance. I call a day ahead to be sure they have time and then have a cup of coffee and read for a few minutes until my car is ready. The current service visit was for a more extensive repair on my older car. The repair was promised by the end of the day and Dino called when he said he would to say it was ready. I used the shuttle service to be dropped off after I took the car in yesterday morning, left the car overnight, and had the shuttle pick me up early this morning. Again, all as promised. Reliable shuttle service throughout the day is another important factor in giving Cortese a high rating. I can have my cars serviced as/when needed without the inconvenience of having to make special arrangements to get to/from the dealership. More
