We keep bringing our Fords back to the dealership for service even off of warranty, because we trust Keith and the team to do what is needed, and not run up a bill on "might need to be done" things. In fact, I had spoken to Keith about bringing my CTS V to Cortese Ford since I had purchased it out of town, but discovered it would have voided the warranty. More
