Great service We took my Ford in for a new battery and a problem with a side panel. Both items were completed in a timely manner. FANTASTIC SERVICE!! We brought our Ford Fusion in for a Mini Doll Up which I had a coupon for. When we picked it up, we were amazed!!!! The inside and outside of the car looked brand new!!! Everything shines!!! Not only did they do a terrific job cleaning, polishing and waxing the vehicle but after I made the appointment I received (2) confirmations of the time and date; after dropping off the vehicle, I received a text asking if while we were waiting was there anything else they could do to make the wait more pleasant then, the shuttle brought my husband to work. EVERYTIME we have any dealings with Cortese, it just reaffirms that we chose the BEST dealership in the area to purchase and service our vehicles. Excellent Scheduling & Prompt Service I as on an extended journey and required a 75,000 mile service on my 2013 Ford 150. I found the scheduling site very easily and entered the required information, the service administration department followed up to confirm the scheduled event and requested needs and services. I arrived on time, and the service to change the oil, oil filter, rotate tires and replace wiper blades was completed in less than an hour - very satisfactory in my opinion. After leaving the shop (approximately 1 day and 400 miles later) I checked the truck information system and found that the technician, did not reset the lubricant use percentage indicator. That's the only problem I had with this visit; otherwise, the service administration and shop scheduler were top notch, attentive and helpful. I'm certain if I had checked the truck information while I was there, the problem would have been immediately corrected. More
