Also, you should inform potential customers that you no longer offer shuttle service. Doing so will at least prevent them from being stranded at the dealership or not being able to get their car back when it is done. Finally, when someone calls your business, their call should at the very least be answered. Calling your customer service number and getting voicemail is a non-starter. More

They took a look at it, and said that they could fix it, it was covered under my service contract, but they would need to order the parts. It would likely be a two day job, and it sounded like he wasn't really looking forward to asking the technicians to perform the work. They gave me the option to keep the truck on the lot or take it home until parts arrived, Called back 4 or 5 days later when I heard nothing, I was told that they would call me when the parts came in, but it wasn't going to happen until first week of July. After hearing nothing, called back again 3rd week of July. Parts were in... by the conversation, it sounded like the parts had been sitting there for quite a while. Took the next available appointment and now my sunroof works. The service work performed was fine, just frustrating to have a lack of follow-up and for this to take such a long time. More
Bob Harmor was my sales person for my Ford F 150. He is family although he works at the Dodge store he was able make the sale he is the reason we came to Cortese.
