Patrick was great. We came in for inspection, oil change and 2 recalls. It took longer for the recalls and to get the ok from Ford so we had to come back but both times he kept us informed. I would definitely think twice about purchasing a Ford from Cortese!!!!!. I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that has been sitting at Cortese since August 2nd waiting for a new motor that is covered under warrant from Cortese!!!!!. And they aren’t doing anything to help me, I have had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for several months now and the expense is outrageous!!!!! Quick, easy and reliable procedure. Staff is helpful. I have never had any issues at this place. Though it is 20-25 minutes to drive to the center, I have preferred to go there. Its a disgrace, after buying a car and within one week the car broke down. I was not given a car.or rental after dropping off the car for fixing, its embrassing and unreasonable.
