She listened to what features were important to me and started giving me vehicle options. When we made our decision Donna contacted me within a couple of hours with what documents she needed from us. We sent everything to her email and when we arrived to pick up our vehicle the papers were ready to sign. The purchase was flawless from beginning to end, and we couldn't be happier! When you buy a car from Donna you don’t just get a new vehicle, you get Donna and she follows up for several weeks to make sure you are satisfied. Great Job The wife and I are on our third F150 since 2012 and this has been by far our best dealer experience to date. We chose Cortese Ford because it is locat The wife and I are on our third F150 since 2012 and this has been by far our best dealer experience to date. We chose Cortese Ford because it is located a half mile from where my wife works, and convenience is everything. The last time we completed the deal, we were left with a bad taste. This year we wanted to up grade our towing capabilities and maybe dealerships. We started at Cortese and met Tommy, long story, short, we have a"19-F150 FX4 with the towing capacity of normal 3/4 tons. Tommy Ciavarri gave us a honest, straight forward experience, that we would recommend to anyone. Thank You/Great Job! More
