Surprising experience I came in to buy the car I just finished leasing. I can’t remember everyone’s names besides Victor Bay, but it was a 2016 black Ford Explorer Sporr. What I learned was I was getting ripped off basically. Huge interest rate. Guys at Cortese we’re not only respectful and personable but when they heard the interest rate I was getting they stepped into action and worked quickly to save me money. Just all around good experience. Did not expect all of that to happen. But I appreciate you guys and gals at Cortese. Never had a better experience at a dealership before I emailed them about a Kia Sorento that I was interested in. Even though they were closed that day, Monifah got right back to me. We talked on Monday and set up a time to come in first thing. Phil greeted me as soon as I walked in to the show room. He genuinely greeted me, not the smarmy greeting you usually get when entering a dealership cause the salesman sees a sucker walking through the door. Everyone was friendly and loved my dog that I bring with me everywhere. We sat down to talk about the vehicle I wanted to see and Phil went right out to get it. We did a test drive and I said yep this is the one. So he appraised my trade-in and between Phil and Jeff they gave me what I wanted for it and we struck a deal. Jeff got me financed at a great rate. Both Phil and Jedd were a pleasure to work with. They had the SUV ready for me in two hours, so that I could get my dad to dialysis. The whole process was fast and entertaining. I can't speak any more highly of how I was treated as a valued customer from beginning to the end. Absolutely fantastic customer service from all involved. More
