Never had a better experience at a dealership before I emailed them about a Kia Sorento that I was interested in. Even though they were closed that day, Monifah got right back to me. We talked on Monday and set up a time to come in first thing. Phil greeted me as soon as I walked in to the show room. He genuinely greeted me, not the smarmy greeting you usually get when entering a dealership cause the salesman sees a sucker walking through the door. Everyone was friendly and loved my dog that I bring with me everywhere. We sat down to talk about the vehicle I wanted to see and Phil went right out to get it. We did a test drive and I said yep this is the one. So he appraised my trade-in and between Phil and Jeff they gave me what I wanted for it and we struck a deal. Jeff got me financed at a great rate. Both Phil and Jedd were a pleasure to work with. They had the SUV ready for me in two hours, so that I could get my dad to dialysis. The whole process was fast and entertaining. I can't speak any more highly of how I was treated as a valued customer from beginning to the end. Absolutely fantastic customer service from all involved. More

Feeling Cheated and Duped We purchased a premium care and extended service agreements and the first time we have to use them, we find they do not pay for what we were sold. Wh We purchased a premium care and extended service agreements and the first time we have to use them, we find they do not pay for what we were sold. When I am told that a service agreement covers everything except tires and collision and, after specifically asking if it covers brakes and the transmission, I find that it does not cover a component of the brake system (the rotors), I am left feeling cheated. Am I as a consumer supposed to be smart enough to know every part of the braking system of my car so that I am able to discern from a service contract what parts are/are not covered? It seems very dishonest and misleading. And what is my recourse? Do I only get a portion of my brakes repaired.... so that I am driving an unsafe car? I am dreading the continued maintenance on my vehicle to learn of all the things that are not covered..... I feel like you are laughing at me for being a fool to have purchased this agreement. I also asked for the individual who sold this agreement to call us. No call was received. We have been waiting for spring weather to arrive as we are in the market to purchase another car as our oldest Ford (a 2008) was retired this winter. For the $300+ that you charged me for the rotor replacement, you have lost my trust. Seems that integrity is not a part of the Cortese brand. More
