Great experience After a long search for a reasonably priced used car for a first time driver we thought we found one. When we got to the dealership we found out the car was not listed properly online and it was a manual transmission not an automatic. Obviously my son and I, who traveled about 1 1/2 hours, were disappointed. However, our salesman Lou Siragusa said he was going to find something and make sure we didn't waste our trip. Routine oil change I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. He remembered me and was glad he hadn't seen me in a while (me I came in for a routine oil change and was greeted by Al who normally takes care of me. He remembered me and was glad he hadn't seen me in a while (meaning my car was good!). He asked about my problem speakers as well. I mentioned I had a free oil change from my rewards program and he said he'd take care of it. When I came back to pick up my vehicle and hour and a half later, I didn't have to do anything but sign. Great in and out, love the customer service I get when I come there. I even bring my bfs car in now (even though it's not a ford-shhh)! More

Great service again I have brought my dad's Ford Focus in for service and was taken care of wonderfully. This time I had to bring my new used Sorento in for brake pulsation and a rear wiper blade that flew off on the way home form the car's delivery. Al took care of me quickly and I was very pleased with the work done. Al kept me in the loop at all times. Dick the shuttle driver dropped me off and picked me up which was a god send because my other car was being repaired from someone hitting it when it was parked. Thank for the great service! More
