A friendly, helpful dealership Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest one there, but he was very knowlegeable and helpful. My 2020 Ford Fusion is a new breed of car. It doesn't have a stick for the gears (it has a dial), or a key to start the engine. It has many other innovations which were all new to me. Jack spent a lot of time with me, both on the day I test drove the car and the day I picked it up, to explain the new features and make sure I was comfortable with them and the car. On the day I picked up the car, while Jack was off attending to details, the manager, Shane Chapin, to visit, make sure I was satisfied and wish me the best with my new vehicle. My previous car, a Mercury Milan, was purchased from Cortese. I have visited their service department for years and have always been welcomed and treated like an old friend. I am delighted to write that the sales department is just as wonderful. Joann More

Bad service im talking very bad service. i bring my car before 3 months and to fix break to u and kinda u fix u guys say they have to put in supermachine for bleedind leak somethinf that one i bring my car before 3 months and to fix break to u and kinda u fix u guys say they have to put in supermachine for bleedind leak somethinf that one not exisit that machine i search , for that u your service i have to oay 650 $, after week it was leak again and no break , what good service and i call left voice mail to call never happen , and i bring again before week and i told is leak from abc module that and they say yes they took me again 135 dollar for diagonse my good this bad service and i told what is and i took loan for 1st timw to oay u 650 dollar and maybe foru nothing but for me is to much 785 $ and for nothing , still i dont fix my car and i hops u guys can be rich like this , but if u wanna do somethinf do it if not im gona be sure no more visit to u ever me ore my family ore my frindes and more . thank for nothing ford this is how u treat costumer. 2017 F-150 warranty repair My 2017 F150 was leaking oil. I made an appointment and dropped it off. Al was my service advisor and kept in communication thru out the process.
