No appt service My 2008 Jeep Wrangler goes in to the dealer about twice a year, usually for major work. Its been a long hard ride. I had it towed tow to Cortese on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. They diagnosed a faulty starter, ordered the parts and had it ready for me Wednesday morning. Nick had diagnostics, parts and labor all covered under my wrapper warranty. This is usually more than a checkbox, Chrysler pushes back on honoring the warranty on an 11 year old Jeep with 200,000 miles. I have had major issues with another Rochester Jeep Dealer.
